Ric Rac is just the most fun and could it be more fabulous. This is just the most Barbie headband with out saying Barbie on it but also a neutral!  The headbands are the most comfortable and can be fitted to any head and then refit to another head at any time. Made with cotton fabric.  Can be hand washed, do not machine wash. Air dry, cannot be put in the dryer.
